This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how refunds work for purchases made through Logue AI. Logue AI is a product operated by Data Lingo Solutions LLC ("Logue AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a processing-time package, you agree to this Policy.
Logue AI sells one-time processing-time packages (for example, the 5-Hour and 20-Hour packages) that add audio processing minutes to your account. These are one-time purchases. Logue AI does not sell subscriptions, and no recurring charges are made.
A processing-time package purchase is eligible for a refund only if all of the following are true:
If your remaining unused purchased balance is lower than the amount included in the package, or if the 30-day window has passed, the purchase is no longer refundable.
When a refund is approved and completed, the processing time included in the refunded package is removed from your account balance, and the purchase amount is returned to your original payment method.

Because the request is made from within your account, we automatically receive your account details and the specific package you are requesting a refund for.
All refund requests are reviewed and are subject to approval. We may decline requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above, or that show signs of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service.
Processing-time packages are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing to stop. If you no longer wish to use Logue AI, you may simply stop using the Service; any eligible purchase can be refunded under the terms above.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this Policy. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
