If you provide an Audio Recording or enable Calendar Integration, the information provided to Logue AI may contain Personal Information of third parties, including their voices, names, contact details, or information contained in meeting notes. Before providing such information, you are responsible for obtaining all notices, permissions, and consents required by applicable law.

We also collect and use aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated data may be derived from your Personal Information but is not Personal Information, as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. If we combine or connect aggregated data with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we will treat the combined data as Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
Set up your account. We use your registration information and device information to create and maintain your account on our Services.
Provide you with the Services. We use your Audio Recordings, Calendar Information, usage information, and device information to provide you with the Services, including meeting reminders, associating recordings with meetings, generating transcriptions, and creating other AI-powered outputs. We also use your communication information to facilitate support (e.g., retrieval of a forgotten password).
Provide relevant meeting context. When Use Calendar for Reminders is enabled, we may use attendee information and meeting notes to associate a recording with a scheduled meeting and improve the relevance of Logue AI features. Attendee information is processed by Logue AI and is not transmitted to AI Service Providers. Relevant meeting notes may be provided to AI Service Providers when needed to process your request.
Improve and monitor the Services. We use information we automatically collect or generate about you when you use the Services, as well as device information, to analyze the use of and improve our Services. We train our proprietary artificial intelligence technology only on de-identified audio data and aggregated usage data. We do not use your identifiable Audio Recordings, transcriptions, or Calendar Information to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
Communicate with you. If you contact us, we will use your contact information to communicate with you and, if applicable, your usage information to support your use of the Services.
Send you newsletters and updates. We may send you emails with news or updates pertaining to our Services. When doing so, we process your email address and name, and may process your usage information. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each communication.
Prevent fraud and enforce our terms. We use relevant Personal Information to monitor the use of the Services to detect fraud or other user behavior that prejudices the integrity of our Services, to take steps to remedy such fraud and behavior, to defend ourselves against legal claims or disputes, and to enforce our terms and policies.
Comply with legal obligations. We may use your Personal Information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
3. Biometric Data
What We Collect. The Services may use speaker identification and voice analysis features that generate biometric identifiers, including voiceprints, from Audio Recordings ("Biometric Data"). A voiceprint is a mathematical representation of the characteristics of an individual's voice that can be used to identify a specific speaker.
Purpose. We collect and use Biometric Data solely for the purpose of providing speaker identification, speaker diarization (distinguishing between speakers in a recording), and voice analysis features within the Services.
Consent. Before collecting any Biometric Data, we will inform you in writing (including electronically) that Biometric Data is being collected, the specific purpose for which it is being collected, and the length of time for which it will be stored. We will obtain your written consent (including electronic consent) before collecting any Biometric Data.
Retention and Destruction. Logue AI will retain your Biometric Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for one (1) year following your last interaction with the Services, whichever occurs first. Within forty-five (45) days of receiving a verified deletion request, Logue AI will permanently destroy your Biometric Data. When Biometric Data is no longer needed, Logue AI will permanently destroy it using methods that render the data unrecoverable.
No Sale or Disclosure. Logue AI will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your Biometric Data. Logue AI will not disclose your Biometric Data to any third party without your consent, except: (a) as required by law, legal process, or valid warrant or subpoena; or (b) to service providers bound by contractual obligations to protect the confidentiality of such data.
Security. Logue AI stores, transmits, and protects Biometric Data using a reasonable standard of care, and in a manner that is at least as protective as the manner in which Logue AI stores, transmits, and protects other confidential and sensitive information.
Your Responsibility. If you upload Audio Recordings containing the voices of other individuals, you are solely responsible for providing all required notices to, and obtaining all required consents from, those individuals before their Biometric Data is collected through the Services, as required under all applicable biometric privacy laws.
